COURSE INTRODUCTION
The HABC Level 3 Award in Education and Training is a foundation qualification for those looking to teach in further education. Formerly known as PTLLS, this now acts almost as a direct replacement. Like all of our education and training qualifications, the names and content have been modified to properly link with the Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF)

This qualification is designed for those learners who currently working in a sector where they are helping customers.

Course Benefits
The level 3 award is an entry-level qualification and considered the minimum qualification required to teach within FE colleges, private training organisations and even local authorities. In England, this is already mandatory.
Whether delivering training on an in-house basis or freelancing, this should be considered essential. Anybody wishing to deliver accredited training will also require this training to be linked with any awarding organisation.

Assessment Method
Portfolio Based: Continuous Assessment, 20 Minute Micro-teach, assignment & self-evaluation
